Welcome to Noranda's LUXE Tiers. By accessing our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products Each of our tiered serving trays is handcrafted using a combination of new and reclaimed materials. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be extremely small inconsistencies in appearance or finish that are barely noticeable. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece uniquely beautiful.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued in the case of items that arrive damaged or broken. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including photos, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Noranda's LUXE Tiers and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Noranda's LUXE Tiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
