At Noranda's LUXE Tiers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds except in the case of damaged items.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products Each of our tiers is lovingly handcrafted using a combination of new and reclaimed materials. As a result, there may be extremely tiny or small inconsistencies in appearance or finish that are barely noticeable. These subtle variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece uniquely beautiful.
Damaged or Broken Items If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at norandasluxetiers@gmail.com. To process your claim, we require:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund.
